SHIPPING TIMES

After you place an order, you will first receive a confirmation email. Once your item is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Processing time takes 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery  6  to 11 days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt 
To be eligible for a return,  you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pure-flawless.shop   We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to make exchanges is to return the item you have, and once is returned, we will send you a new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
